School Supply Drive

School Supply Drive

Budget cuts have caused a shortage of basic supplies in schools across the Triangle.  Time is running out to gather the supplies our children need – traditional calendar students return to classes on August 28th (and many year around students are already back in the classrooms).

Help our Triangle students by becoming a B-Workplace and taking up a collection at your office.

Shout out to the following B-Workplaces for collecting supplies:

  • ARS of Raleigh
  • Associa HRW In in Raleigh
  • Avance Primary Care in Raleigh
  • Boulevard Animal Hospital in Raleigh
  • Campbell University
  • Dept of Commerce, Division of Employment Security
  • Fairview Investment Services in Raleigh
  • FEMA in Durham
  • GreenKids Drop Inn in Durham
  • Hazen and Sawyer in Raleigh
  • Indigent Defense Services in Durham
  • LifeLink Medical Group in Erwin
  • NC State Employees Credit Union in Raleigh
  • Scooter’s Grill & Bar in Raleigh
  • The Berkeley at Southpoint in Durham
  • Wake Medical Center in Cary
  • Wild Bird Center in Chapel Hill

We’ll pick up the supplies and deliver them to Read and Feed and other organizations in need!

Read and Feed

Read and Feed provides books, school supplies and meals to elementary school children across the Triangle.

Their mission is to give low-income elementary school children an appetite for reading by strengthening literacy skills and providing encouragement in a nurturing, neighborhood environment.
