Meet Margaret
Margaret plays Volleyball, Basketball, Field Hockey and Lacrosse. But that’s not all! She’s also active in the National Honor Society (Head Marshal), the Green Army (General), Franciscan Youth, International Club (President), Retreat Leadership, Youth Group, National Charity League, and her school’s Dance Program.
This award winning senior has quite the list of accomplishments:

What is your Greatest Achievement?
Working hard during high school to achieve long-term goals like leader of the student section and scholarships.
What are Your Plans for the Future?
To attend Franciscan University with a double major in Theology/Catechetics and a minor in Business. Then to have a career in ministry and have a family.
Why Do You Love to Play Your Sport?
I love the fellowship of team and working together to achieve a common goal, striving for something greater than ourselves. Seeing practice work pay off in games and tournaments is beyond worth it!
What Made You Decide to Play the Sport for Which You Were Named Penn Station Athlete of the Season?
I loved the girls on the team and was friends with most of them beforehand. They encouraged me to try out and the first day of tryouts was one of the most memorable yet.
How has Participating in High School Athletics Benefited You?
High School athletics have taught me humility and the importance of cooperation and communication. I have learned how to lead by both word and example and have been inspired to be the first one on and the last one off of the field by my supportive coaches and teammates.
