  • Read a Book – Great for kids and adults!
  • Make a Fort – Everyone loves a great fort.
  • Shadow Puppets – If it’s dark, use flashlights or headlamps to make a story come to life
  • Have a “Safari” or “Bear Hunt” – Hide stuffed animals or teddy bears throughout the house, and take turns trying to find them.
  • Form a Family Band – Use items in your house to create musical instruments.
  • Family Yoga – Calming for the entire family!
  • Clean out your Closets – No distractions and no excuses! Gather clothes that could be donated to shelters once the storm passes.
