Friday, November 9th

  • Nerdvember – All Nerdy things at Kings in Raleigh Friday night. Burlesque, live music, circus arts, comedy, and more! Get ready for a veritable cornucopia of nerdy performances inspired by comic books, sci fi, anime, video games, and anything else we fangirl/boy out about.
  • Hamilton – HAMILTON is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary. Now through Dec. 2 at Durham Performing Arts Center. A small allotment of tickets will be available before each show. Don’t forget the lottery as well for $10 Tickets!
  • NC Comicon – New exhibits. New panels. New workshops. New all-encompassing comic book pop culture overload experience! At the Durham Convention Center Friday through Sunday.
  • Moonlight in the Garden – A magical lighting exhibition for the entire family at the JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State. At the JC Raulston Arboretum at N.C. State. Moonlight in the Garden runs through Saturday, then wraps up Nov. 15-17.

Saturday, November 10th

  • Mistletoe Market Holiday Fair – Wakefield High School transforms into a magical holiday fair. 200+ vendors come from all over NC to sell handmade jewelry, arts & crafts, clothing, holiday merchandise and so much more!
  • Raleigh Arts’ Fall Arts Fair – at Fred Fletcher Park Saturday featuring more than 50 local artists and makers.
  • Raleigh Korean Festival – The inaugural Han-Ma-Dang Raleigh Korean Festival was founded by leaders of the Raleigh Korean Association (GRAKA) with the purpose of keeping their Korean roots planted even after immigrating to the United States. Featuring a variety performances ranging from martial arts to traditional dance to Korean pop and traditional Korean cuisine on Saturday at NC State Fairgrounds.
  • Sparkle Night – Saturday night at Parkside Town Commons with bounce houses, music, face painting, Santa and more fun.

Sunday, November 11th

  • Bradford’s & Bond Brother’s Beer & BBQ Ball – The Cary Fire Department’s Firefighter Association and Bond Brothers Beer team up Sunday.
  • Party with the Pugs – Come out for an afternoon of curly tails and snorting with some fun loving pugs! There will be vendors, food cart, over 30 raffle items, a DJ, and our first ever Running of the Pugs! Sunday at NC State Fairgrounds.
