Hey, a win is a win!

Tyler Heep, from Iowa, won $1 from a scratch-off ticket and asked the lottery to help him celebrate his winning by giving it to him on a big check.

They actually did! LOL!

“I told them I’d like one of those big ceremonial checks as payment,” Heep said. “I figured it would be worth a shot and they all thought it was really funny.”
