A bed and breakfast in New York is offering a different approach to relieving stress by letting you cuddle a cow!

Owner of the Mountain Horse Farm, Suzanne Vullers, discovered this European stress relief technique when she travelled to the Netherlands.

“[Cows] have a slightly slower heart rate,” Vullers said. “And just feeling that from them makes you react to that and makes you slow down too. And because you’re doing that in nature, it’s really quiet.”
