Hi there! I’m Kelvin, and I am a big fan of cuddling with my foster parents and following them around like their little shadow. I can be a bit shy meeting new people, but I am very curious and treat motivated so you can capture my attention pretty easily. I am great at riding in the car and going for walks. I love walks!
