  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries, chopped 
  • 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 10.5-oz log goat cheese
  • Crackers for serving

Directions

  1. Omit coconut from Best-Ever Granola recipe. Toss granola with chopped dried cranberries, coarsely ground black pepper, and chopped chives.
  2. Roll one log goat cheese in granola mixture, pressing gently into cheese to help it adhere. Serve with crackers.
