Cheddar Sausage Balls

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
 - 2 cups biscuit mix
 - 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
 - ½ cup hot sauce
 - 2 tablespoons milk
 

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Combine the sausage, biscuit mix, cheese, hot sauce, and milk until a soft dough forms.
 - Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and space on a lined baking sheet 1 inch apart.
 - Bake the cheddar sausage balls until golden brown for approximately 20-25 minutes.
