Sticking to my New Year’s Resolution!

Sticking to my New Year’s Resolution!

I wanted to get healthier and thinner in 2018. I know A LOT of people make that resolution, but this year I was determined to make that happen. I ate a LOT of fattening food over the holiday and was feeling very fat and unhappy with myself.

So I decided to do something about it and that something turned out to be Nutrimost Cary. I went in for my analysis, had a one on one meeting with Dr Jim and got a plan that was designed just for me. I like to cook so I was happy to find out I get to eat real food. I can have chicken, fish, even beef!

So after a week on the plan I’ve lost almost 9 pounds….9 POUNDS!!!!!!!!

I’ll keep sharing updates and I hope you’ll join me in becoming healthier and thinner.

Oh, go to Nutrimost.com to schedule your one on analysis….for a limited time it’s FREE!
