Take a selfie with a star, visit our pop-up station swag store, and spin the (station name) and Thompson Buick GMC prize wheel – where everyone is a winner! You’ll find us on the grounds of Dorton Arena – just across from the new, two-story State Fair food hall and office complex that is currently under construction. The 94.7 QDR State Fair Studio is powered by Thompson Buick GMC, family-owned since 1956, and conveniently located inside Raleigh’s Beltline at 2600 Wake Forest Road.
