Man sues Popeyes for running out of chicken sandwiches

Man sues Popeyes for running out of chicken sandwiches

After a high demand for the Popeyes chicken sandwich, the restaurant chain is currently sold out of them.

Craig Barr of Tennessee is not happy about this. He recently filed a summons accusing the restaurant of false advertising and deceptive business practices.

He’s suing the restaurant for $5,000 and is expected to appear in court on Oct. 28th.
