Older Women give Advice to 25 Yr Olds about Regrets

Older Women give Advice to 25 Yr Olds about Regrets

This will really make you stop and think!

Late last year, feedytv.com asked women about their lifestyle – nearly half said they were feeling moderately or extremely stressed & shockingly 40% feel like they’re about to burn out. But we don’t need to be like this 24/7, it’s not healthy. We need to let go of all this pressure every now and again.

What I wouldn’t give for 5 more minutes on the dancefloor while my legs were still strong enough to carry me.

I’d give myself the time to indulge in the things that I now understand are the most important.

What I wouldn’t give to extend children goodnight kisses instead of moaning about having to get up early in the morning.

If I had my time again I wouldn’t create a “to do” list, I’d created “to don’t do” list.
