  • NC Chinese Lantern Festival – Don’t miss out! Wraps up Sunday at Booth Amphitheatre in Cary!
  • The Great Cover Up (Kings, 14 W Martin St., Raleigh) – Now through Saturday, local bands cover legends at Kings in Raleigh.
  • George Lopez’s The Wall World Tour – Lopez is currently on his standup comedy tour, The Comedy Get Down, with Charlie Murphy, Eddie Griffin, D.L. Hughley, and Cedric the Entertainer in arenas across the country. Friday night at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
  • Fiddler on the Roof – Tony®-winning director Bartlett Sher brings his fresh take on a beloved masterpiece to life as FIDDLER ON THE ROOF begins a North American tour direct from Broadway. This weekend at DPAC.

Saturday, January 12th

  • Mutts & Marshmallows – Saturday morning at WakeMed Soccer Park. Races include 5K Doggie Dash, a 5K, an 8K and a 1-mile fun run and wrap up with all-you-can-drink hot chocolate. All dog entries go to support the SPCA of Wake County.
  • Calabash Style Lobster Boil – Live Music and plenty of Shrimp and Lobster Saturday at Raleigh Beer Garden.
