Almond Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
 - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup butter, melted
 - 4 eggs
 - ½ cup cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon almond extract
 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - 2 chocolate bars with almonds
 

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and line the bottom with the chocolate bars.
 - Combine sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, almond extract, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
 - Mix well until a batter consistency is formed.
 - Spread the brownie batter on top of the chocolate bars.
 - Bake for 20-30 minutes and until the top of the brownies are dry and the edges are crisp and slightly pulled away from the edge of the pan.
 - Let the almond chocolate brownies cool, serve, and enjoy!
