Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

12 slider buns

6 slices cheddar or American cheese, halved

2 tbsp butter, melted
Optional toppings: pickles, sliced onions, shredded lettuce, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
1. Season the beef2. Shape the pattiesDivide the beef into 12 small patties, slightly wider than the buns. Press a small indent in the center of each patty.
3. Cook the meatHeat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
4. Melt the cheesePlace cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking and cover briefly so it melts nicely.
5. Toast the bunsLightly brush the buns with melted butter and toast cut-side down in the skillet until golden.
6. Assemble and serveAssemble the sliders with patties and your favorite toppings. Serve hot and enjoy!
