1. User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

SoCast and Curtis Media Group provide the 96.1 BBB website and related services (collectively, the “Site”) subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and any other agreements between you and us.

BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. If you do not agree, please exit the site immediately.

Your use constitutes agreement with these Terms as of January 1, 2012.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
“Affiliates” include owners, subsidiaries, partners, sponsors, advertisers, and all parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering this Site.

You are responsible for providing your own equipment and internet access.

Accounts and data may be deleted, and we are not liable for any resulting claims.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in North Carolina.

Causes of action must be brought within one year.
Users may not assign rights; we may freely assign our rights.
We are excused from liability for events beyond our reasonable control.
