Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatillos (husks removed, rinsed)
- 1–2 jalapeños (adjust for heat)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1–2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt (plus more to taste)
- 1–2 tbsp water (as needed for consistency)

3. Blend the salsa
4. Adjust consistency
5. Taste and add flavor
6. Chill or serve
