- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in Concert – NC Symphony performs the score with the movie playing behind them. See it Friday through Sunday at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
- Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles – Rain celebrates the 50th anniversary of the release of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. At DPAC Friday and Saturday.
- Assassins – Presented by Theater in the Park. The show opens Friday and runs through March 4.
- 22nd African American Celebration – At The Cary Theater on Saturday.

- George Clinton – Performing at The Ritz Saturday night.
