Cat that Walked 12 Miles Home to be Rejected finds New Home

Cat that Walked 12 Miles Home to be Rejected finds New Home

This is so great! YAY Toby and the family who adopted him! And thank you SPCA of Wake County for saving Toby’s life!! Toby only wanted to love his family and now he can!

When his first family didn’t want him anymore and gave him to another family, the persistent kitty walked 12 miles back home. Earlier this month, the family who didn’t want Toby anymore decided to take him to a shelter and asked for him to be euthanized, according to a release from the Wake County SPCA.

SPCA of Wake County asked for Toby to be taken in so he could have a chance at adoption.

That’s exactly what happened. According to the SPCA, Toby was welcomed into a new home with three siblings — two human and one feline. Read more via cbs17.com.
