Wet Nose Wednesday: Smokey

Wet Nose Wednesday: Smokey

Meet Smokey!

Smokey is 10 years old and sweet as pie!

He’s a bit timid when he first meets new people, but if you go slow with him soon he’ll be wagging his tail and asking for pets. He may even nudge your hand for you to pet him!

Smokey is a pretty mellow guy who can’t wait to find a home of his own. He is sweet as can be, will you visit him?

PLUS this month, in honor of Adopt-a-Shelter Dog Month, cats have a reduced adoption fee of $50 (normally $95) and dogs have a reduced adoption fee of $75 (normally $125-$175) sponsored by Two Men and a Truck for Movers For Mutts!

If you would like to learn more about Smokey, please contact the Animal Protection Society of Durham at 919-560-0640, or stop by the shelter during business hours.
