Reserve an 8 minute (or more) time slot that works best for you and tell Santa about your child

You will receive an email with instructions for your virtual meeting with Santa

Have your child ready at the chosen time and log into the video conference where Santa will meet you

After their time together, your child will receive a personalized email from Santa along with a digital image to remember the meeting
