November is Pecan Pickin’ Month!

The Farm History Center in Raleigh is hosting a free pecan picking event ALL November!

Here’s how you can participate:

• Stop outside the Farm History Center to pick up a small brown bag (one per family) and then head for the grove
• Only pecans laying on the ground may be picked (no climbing trees!)
• Picking can only occur during regular business hours (Mon-Sat 8:30 am-5 pm, Sun 1 pm-5 pm) through November 30th.
• Please practice social distancing and wear a mask when that isn’t possible.
