Sound Palate Pairing with Max Trujillo of Craften Neighborhood Food and Drink

Sound Palate Pairing with Max Trujillo of Craften Neighborhood Food and Drink

Listen as Kitty speaks with Max Trujillo of Craften Neighborhood Food and Drink.

Today Kitty turns the tables on my man, my dear friend, Max Trujillo who hosts the NC Food & Beverage Podcast @ncf&bpod with his partner Mathew Weiss.  Max is opening his own unique food hall, Craften Neighborhood Food and Drink,  in Knightdale this Friday 2/11.  His journey from NY to NC is fascinating – Max is a hoot and a true storyteller.  He has the perfect song pairing to go along with his concept but that’s no surprise -he’s an accomplished musician in his own right. Let’s do this.

Max Trujillo chose to pair the concept of Craften Neighborhood Food and Drink with The Avett Brothers’ song “I Wish I Was.”
