Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 ½ cups water
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb imitation crab (or cooked salmon), shredded
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise (preferably Japanese-style like Kewpie)
- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1–2 sheets nori (seaweed), cut into small squares
- 2 tbsp furikake seasoning
- 2 green onions, sliced
- (optional) avocado and cucumber slices

5. Assemble
