Bonnie here, and yes, the rumors are true: this feline superstar is ready for her close-up. I’m a lap-sitting, leg-rubbing, treat-motivated icon who loves lounging somewhere high and glamorous, my favorite spot being the mantle, naturally, where I survey my adoring fans.

I enjoy playing with toys and chasing lasers like the dazzling performer I am. I do admit I can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but even the biggest stars need a moment before the red carpet.

How did I get here? Surrendered when my owner was unable to continue caring for me.

Greetings, fans! Maphie here, and let me tell you, this star is ready for her next big role: beloved family dog. After years in the industry, I’ve perfected my craft, I’m a seven-year-old pro who’s sweet with people, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and knows exactly when to make her exit for some well-deserved me time. My signature moves include the tail wag, the lean-in cuddle, and the irresistible “please pet me” gaze that never fails to earn a standing ovation. I appreciate well-mannered costars who respect my personal space, because every leading lady deserves her beauty rest. If you’re looking for a mature, seasoned talent to steal the spotlight in your home, I’m ready for my close-up. Maphie, at your service.

I am full grown at ~51lbs.

How did I get here? Transferred from Harnett County Animal Shelter.

*I’m living behind the scenes, please fill out an adoption survey if you’re interested in meeting me. I have been diagnosed with heartworm disease and will begin treatment soon – please speak with an adoption specialist for details.*
