Ingredients
For the wraps:
- 4 large tortillas or flatbreads (like pita or lavash)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled or rotisserie), sliced
(or substitute chickpeas for a vegetarian option) - 1 cup chopped romaine or spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup sliced olives (Kalamata preferred)
For the tzatziki sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
